Our tandoor oven reaches temperatures that no regular oven can match. This fierce heat is what gives our paneer tikka its signature charred edges and smoky depth. We marinate our paneer in a blend of yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli, and aromatic spices for hours before threading it onto skewers and cooking it in the tandoor.
